Amman: Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Jordan, Shahin Abdullayev, said bilateral relations between the two countries are deepening across political, economic, cultural, and media sectors, underscoring shared positions on a range of regional and international issues.
According to Jordan News Agency, in a statement released by the embassy on Wednesday, the ambassador praised the Hashemite leadership's role in promoting peace, stability, and dialogue. He noted that the two countries continue to coordinate on issues of mutual interest while advancing cooperation in multiple fields.
Abdullayev pointed to a recent visit by a Jordanian media delegation to Azerbaijan, during which participants toured major development projects as part of efforts to strengthen media cooperation and exchange professional expertise between institutions in both countries.
He said such exchanges contribute to expanding bilateral cooperation, enhancing cultural understanding, and encouraging tourism and investment, reaffirming Azerbaijan's commitment to further developing ties with Jordan in the coming period.
