Industrial Estates Company and Palestinian Business Forum Explore Joint Investment Opportunities

Amman: The Jordan Industrial Estates Company (JIEC) and the Palestinian Business Forum - Nablus engaged in discussions on Monday regarding investment prospects within Jordanian industrial cities and the array of services they offer.

According to Jordan News Agency, the meeting, which included JIFC Acting Director Uday Obeidat and the Forum's head, Jihad Al-Banna, along with a delegation of Palestinian investors, underscored the significance of bolstering Jordanian-Palestinian relations. The dialogue focused on enhancing economic cooperation, sharing expertise, and identifying potential joint investment ventures.

Obeidat emphasized that the company is committed to providing an inviting investment atmosphere within its industrial estates throughout the Kingdom. These estates are equipped with integrated infrastructure, superior services, and competitive incentives designed to enable investors to launch and operate industrial enterprises efficiently and sustainably.

He pointed out that industrial cities serve as vital engines of growth, offering a range of investment opportunities across multiple industrial sectors. They benefit from government backing, simplified procedures, and alignment with the economic modernization vision aimed at boosting the industrial sector's competitiveness, elevating its GDP contribution, and creating job opportunities.

Jihad Al-Banna praised the progress achieved by Jordanian industrial cities, highlighting the secure and stable environment they offer for investments and their readiness to attract capital. He encouraged Palestinian businesspeople to seize the available opportunities for investment.
