Bethlehem: The Israeli occupation army razed 588 homes and facilities in the West Bank in the first half of the year, issuing 556 other demolition notices, the Palestinian Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission reported on Monday. The demolitions impacted 843 Palestinians, including 411 children, and targeted 322 inhabited houses, 151 agricultural facilities, and 97 other sources of livelihood.
According to Jordan News Agency, on Monday, Israeli military authorities dismantled “unlicensed” homes along with civilian and agricultural facilities in Bethlehem. This included a three-story apartment building in the village of Marah Muala, located south of Bethlehem, as well as two homes in the neighboring village of Al-Ma’sara and an agricultural structure northeast of Nahalin town.
