Amman: UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres issued a warning on Tuesday regarding the potential consequences of resuming fighting in Gaza:
According to Jordan News Agency, Guterres discussed the critical need to “avoid a resumption of hostilities in Gaza that could result in a massive tragedy.”
He urged the conflicting sides to uphold their commitments under the ceasefire agreement and to recommence serious negotiations in Doha for the second phase of peace talks.
