Amman: The Crown Prince Foundation (CPF) has entered into a strategic partnership with the Politics and Society Institute (PSI), a Jordanian non-profit policy and research organization. This collaboration, marked by the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU), is aimed at bolstering the frameworks of cooperation to enhance youth participation in political and social activities across the Kingdom.
According to Jordan News Agency, the MoU was signed by CPF CEO, Dr. Tamam Mango, and PSI Executive Director, Rasha Salim. The agreement focuses on strengthening programs that increase political and societal awareness among the youth, encouraging their involvement in political parties, and facilitating the exchange of expertise between the two organizations in training fields.
During the signing ceremony, Dr. Mango emphasized the significance of this partnership with PSI, highlighting it as a crucial step towards realizing CPF’s vision. She noted the need to invest in young talents and create an integrated en
vironment that empowers them through knowledge and scientific research. The CPF aims to develop youth capacities through comprehensive programs and quality consultations, enabling them to participate actively in Jordan’s political, economic, and social spheres.
Dr. Mango also mentioned that the MoU aims to build a robust knowledge base to support advanced research in areas such as social justice, the rule of law, human security, and civil and political engagement.
In her remarks, Rasha Salim underscored the partnership’s importance to PSI in fulfilling its objectives. The collaboration seeks to enhance civil, political, economic, social, and cultural participation, while reinforcing the youth’s role in sustainable development, particularly during Jordan’s current phase of comprehensive modernization.
