The EWC, held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, recorded over 500 million viewers and marked a significant milestone in the country’s journey to become a global gaming hub.
stc Group powered the EWC with unparalleled delivery of advanced connectivity and digital services, including 22 gaming and streaming servers optimized for latency. The company’s fifth generation (5G) network ensured a seamless experience for gamers, with 21 5G zones capable of serving 10,000 players with high internet speeds.
stc Group oversaw three indoor solution sites and dedicated 45 engineers to ensure optimal service, with 11 real-time dashboards for performance monitoring. Such technologies elevated the overall gaming experience of the tournament.

stc Group also hosted a premier esports training program in partnership with Gen.G, offering a three-day course to equip gamers and enthusiasts with the knowledge and skills required to pursue a path to professional. A total of 78 gamers graduated from the program.
