Amman: In implementation of royal directives to help victims of earthquakes in Syria and Turkiye, the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) Monday dispatched a seven-truck convoy loaded with relief supplies to affected areas in Syria.
The new aid will be delivered to quake-stricken areas in northern Syria through the Jordanian-Syrian border centre Jaber-Naseeb, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.
Ministry spokesman Sinan Majali said Jordan continues “to give a helping hand and assistance to the brothers in Syria and Turkiye to deal with the aftermath of the earthquakes and provide them with the necessary humanitarian needs”.
