Doctors and medical and staff at the new Al-Iman Public Hospital in Ajloun have conducted 650 operations of various types, since moving to the new hospital.
The hospital director, Mohammad Khair Freihat, told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that since moving to the new hospital, 650 operations have been performed, including 40 high-quality laser operations, indicating that these operations constitute a quantum leap in the services provided to patients in public hospitals.
The new building of the hospital is equipped with the latest technologies and advanced medical devices for various medical conditions. It has also been reinforced with medical staff to provide the best medical services to patients.
He added that the emergency department receives 450-500 patients daily from various clinics and hospital departments. This department has been equipped with 45 beds and is staffed with internal medicine practitioners, pediatrics, general surgery, a family doctor, 3 general practitioners and 10 nurses 24 hours a day.
