4 Killed, 3 Injured in Israeli Airstrikes on Lebanon

Amman: Four people were killed and three injured on Monday in two Israeli airstrikes on the towns of Duris in Baalbek District in Lebanon's Bekaa region and Harouf in Nabatieh District, the Lebanese Health Ministry said. The strike on Duris left two people dead and injured two others, while two died and one was wounded in Harouf, a security source told Petra's correspondent in Beirut.

According to Jordan News Agency, the source also mentioned that dozens of towns in the Tyre and Nabatieh districts came under heavy airstrikes since the morning, which coincided with artillery shelling in the region. There was also a report of displacement of people from Burj al-Shamali in southern Lebanon following an evacuation order by the Israeli army.
