Assistant Dean for Student and Alumni Affairs Marzouq Amareen said the students’ research output reflected a generation that does not merely consume knowledge but actively contributes to its production, development, and application to patient care and societal benefit. Amareen reaffirmed the school’s commitment to promoting scientific research not merely as an academic requirement but as a means for deeper understanding, critical thinking, and genuine readiness for evidence-based medical practice.

Obeidat also presented honorary shields to students with the highest number of published research papers, faculty members, organizing students, and administrative staff. The Scientific Day included several sessions during which student research was discussed and outstanding researchers were honored based on faculty peer reviews.
