Amman: The Executive Program Report for the Economic Modernization Vision (2023-2025) has highlighted significant advancements in the automation of government services within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector during the third quarter of 2025. The report, released as part of the Future Services Engine initiative, indicates that 74% of public services have been automated to date.
According to Jordan News Agency, the report details that a total of 1,778 public services have undergone automation. Additionally, four companies have benefited from the Jordan Growth Program’s “Business Development” initiative. The report also notes that 3,000 individuals have participated in training programs under the Digital Skills Empowerment Project, facilitated by the Digital Skills Association.
The report further reveals the completion of procurement procedures and the commencement of construction for new service centers in Mafraq, Zarqa, and Russeifa. These developments are part of the Comprehensive Government Service Centers Project aimed at improving access to government services.
In addition, the report notes the assessment of ten government institutions, with their evaluation outputs finalized as part of the project focused on developing the digital transformation infrastructure of these institutions.
Through the Jordan Growth Project, more than 150 jobs have been created following the signing of agreements that include salary grants and employment support. Furthermore, 150 beneficiaries received training to utilize digital platforms, enabling them to offer their services through the GrowJO’s (GiG) Incentive program.
The report also mentions a seminar organized to connect potential German investors with Jordanian startups, which saw participation from over 40 new businesses.
Within the Digital Skills Empowerment Project, 125 young beneficiaries from various governorates were trained in cloud computing skills. This initiative aimed at equipping young people aged 18-35 with essential digital skills involved recruiting and enrolling trainees from the governorates of Karak, Irbid, Ma’an, and Zarqa, preparing them for the evolving job market.
