GeneralYemeni embassy in Amman demands 'firm' stance to counter Houthi militia's crimes

The Yemeni embassy in Amman demanded the United Nations and the international community to condemn Houthi militia’s crimes and take a “firm” stance to punish the perpetrators.

The embassy, in a press statement on Sunday, said the Houthi militia launched Saturday, an attack with a ballistic missile and 5 explosive drones on Mocha port on Yemen’s West Coast, which led to “massive” destruction of its operational facilities and food stores, in a “flagrant” breach of all international efforts to alleviate the country’s humanitarian crisis and end the war in Yemen.

The attack, which led to burning a number of relief organizations’ warehouses in Yemen’s West Coast, was conducted simultaneously with resuming Mocha port’s trade activity, and comes in continuation of Houthi attacks on Yemeni national economy’s infrastructure, according to the statement.
