Seven of the injured were treated and discharged.<\/P><P><\/P><P>The Health Ministry has sent 50 ambulances and two military aircraft to the building, and local hospitals have been placed on alert, the statement added.<\/P><P><\/P><P>The blaze, which started at around 3 am (GMT), was brought under control by about 5.20 am (GMT), according to local media.<\/P><P><\/P><P>Local civil defense sources said parts of the building had collapsed under the fire.
