Jordan’s ambassador to Egypt and its permanent representative to Arab League, Amjad Adayleh, headed the Jordanian delegation participating in the 36th session of Arab Executive Office for Electricity.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The meeting, which was held at the ministerial level at the Cairo-based League’s headquarters, was attended by the office’s member states, which include Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Mauritania and Yemen.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
At the technical level, the Jordanian delegation had participated over the past few days in a series of preparatory talks that preceded the office’s work, including the 12th meeting of the action team for studying the comprehensive Arab electrical interconnection.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The delegation also attended the 29th meeting of the steering committee charged with following up the pan-Arab power interconnection project.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
