COVID-19 killed 12 in Jordan in the last 24 hours, as the death toll stands at 10,606 and a total of 428 cases were recorded, pushing the caseload to some 812,681, according to the Ministry of Health (MoH).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The MoH said in a press statement Saturday that 2.57 percent of the 16,640 tests conducted today came back positive.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
It said 35 people had recovered and were discharged from hospitals while 57 others were admitted, as the total number of COVID-19 patients receiving medical treatment in hospitals hit 515.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
The number of active COVID-19 cases in the Kingdom hovers around 12,441, it added.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Some 789,634 COVID-19 patients, including patients who had been self-isolating, have fully recovered so far.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
