Minister of State for Media Affairs and Faisal Shboul said that the world has known His Majesty King Abdullah as an exceptional leader and a firm defender of Arab, Islamic and humanitarian causes.
Speaking to the Jordan Radio on the occasion of King Abdullah 60th birthday, which falls on Sunday, Shboul referred to His Majesty’s constant and tireless quest to turn Jordan and its youth into a role model in the countries of the world.
Shboul, who is also the government spokesperson, said that, through his work in the media, the multiple interviews he conducted with His Majesty, and accompanying His Majesty to many local and international media events, he sensed the great respect and appreciation that His Majesty enjoys among leaders and heads of countries and elites in the world, thanks to his sound and wise opinion and keenness on the interest of Jordan and its people.
“His Majesty the King was able, thanks to his wise leadership and intelligence, and with the support of his people, to overcome all circumstances and challenges in Jordan, towards further prosperity and prestige,” Shaboul added.
On King Abdullah 60th birthday, Shaboul congratulated the King and the Jordanian people on this dear national occasion.
