“WEF MENA” concludes

Dead Sea, The World Economic Forum on the Middle East and North Africa (WEF MENA) on Sunday concluded its two-day meetings that discussed many issues focusing on building new platforms for cooperation.

The forum, held under the theme of “Building New Platforms for Cooperation,” discussed various topics, including building a new economic model, managing a suitable environment for the Arab world, reaching a common ground in a multi-concept world and the fourth industrial revolution in the Arab world.

During the meetings of the WEF’s second day, participants discussed the fourth industrial revolution in the Arab world and how the use of technology can positively reflect on economic and social development.

They also discussed creating job opportunities for the youth in the region and the importance of tackling the radical powers.

Additionally, the participants tackled a number of issues related to environmental challenges and political risks threatening the Middle East and the conflicts sweeping through the region.
