The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Friday requested from Johnson and Johnson (J&J) to discard millions of its COVID-19 vaccine doses, citing contamination issues.
The Washington Post reported the FDA stated that several tranches of the vaccine had been manufactured in a problem-plagued factory in Baltimore and deemed them unsuitable for use.
