The Ukraine armed forces Wednesday claimed that they had killed more than 18,000 Russian troops and destroyed 684 tanks and 150 jets since the start of the war, according to the Ukrinform news agency.
The Ukraine Army posted on Facebook that between Feb 24 and April 6, some 18,600 Russian forces were killed, noting that they had destroyed 684 tanks, 1,860 armours, 332 defence systems, 107 missile systems, 55 air defence systems, 150 jets, 135 choppers, 1,320 vehicles, 7 ships and 94 fuel tanks.
