The Russian COVID response center Saturday said it reported the highest daily COVID infections since February, with more than 13,500 infections.
The Russian Center for Coronavirus Control said COVID-19 killed 399 people in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 126,073.
More than 5.19 million people had tested positive for the highly contagious respiratory disease, while 4.8 million have fully recovered, it added.
