The Russian Coronavirus Control Center said the country’s death toll from the COVID-19 hit 140,000, after recording 725 deaths in the past 24 hours.
In a statement on Wednesday, the center said 23,962 cases were recorded over the past 24 hours, raising the total number of cases to 5.68 million, while the total number of recovery cases has reached 5.12 million.
