Qatar records 800 COVID-19 cases Wednesday
More than 800 confirmed COVID-19 cases were recorded Wednesday in Qatar, bringing the caseload to some 18,000, according to the Qatari Ministry of Public Health (MoPH).
On a more positive note, more than 140 patients recovered today, bringing the total number of recoveries to 2,070.
Most of the newly infected people are foreign workers, the MoPH explained.
