Prime Minister, Bisher Khasawneh, decided to form the State Security Court (SSC), chaired by lieutenant colonel military judge, Muwaffaq Al-Masaeed, and 19 military and civilian judges as members.
The decision was issued under Article Two of the State Security Court Law No. 17 of 1959 and its amendments.
The decision included the appointment of 15 military judges and 4 civilian judges who were named by the Judicial Council.
