PM checks on Military, Civilian Consumer Corporations’ markets ahead of Ramadan

Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh Monday paid a visit to the markets of the Military and Civilian consumer Corporations in the Amman districts of Muqablain and Ras Al-Ain ahead of the start of the holy month of Ramadan. The Prime Minister commended the corporations for their key role to keep a sufficient stock of consumer goods and supplies to the public at reasonable prices in all their branches that are spread across the Kingdom. He assured the public that a strategic stock of staple commodities is in sufficient supply for long periods. The Prime Minister talked with shoppers and listened to their complaints about the availability of various items and prices, congratulating them on the advent of the holy month of fasting. During his tour, the prime minister was briefed by Director of the Military Consumer Corporation, Col. Mohammad Hadid and Civil Consumer Corporation Director Salman Qudah, who said all food items are in sufficient supply at affordable prices in all branches across the governorates.
