The Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR) said that it on Monday morning filed a request to the Israeli Supreme Court for the return of 4 bodies of patients from the Gaza Strip who were transferred for treatment in West Bank and Israeli hospitals, and 4 of their companions.
“Filing the request following the refusal of competent Israeli authorities at the Beit Hanoun “Erez” crossing in the northern Gaza Strip to respond to the requests submitted by the Coordination Department at the Palestinian Ministry of Health to allow the return of the deceased and their companions to their homes in the Gaza Strip,” the PCHR said in a statement.
