Parliamentary adviser killed in Kabul

Amman, Officials in the Afghan Ministry of Interior confirmed that a parliamentary adviser was shot dead by unknown gunmen in Kabul earlier today.

According to spokesman for the Ministry of Interior Nasrat Rahimi, Mina Mangal, adviser to Cultural Commission of the Parliament was shot dead at around 7:20 am in 8th police district of the city, Khamma Press said.

Rahimi further added that Mangal was shot dead by unknown gunmen and an investigation has been launched into the incident.

No individual or group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
