Palestinians injured in clashes with occupation forces in Jerusalem’s Al-Issawiya, At-Tur

A number of Palestinian citizens were injured and others were arrested Sunday evening, during violent clashes that broke out with the Israeli occupation forces in the villages of Al-Issawiya and At-Tur, northeast of occupied Jerusalem, after they confronted extremist Jewish settlers who tried to storm the two villages.

The occupation forces arrested a number of Palestinian youths and wounded others after citizens of the two villages responded to the settlers’ attempts to storm the villages, under protection from the occupation army, the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) stated in a statement.

The PRCS said that its crews administered first aid on a young man who was injured with a stone in the head after clashes between settlers and young men at one of the entrances to the town of At-Tur, and he transferred to the hospital, while others were injured at the entrance to Al-Issawiya.
