Online platform launched to facilitate export activities

Jordan Exports (JE) has launched an online platform to facilitate exports by providing comprehensive data on the global market and trade agreements. It will also conduct specialized research on Jordanian goods and offer marketing services in international markets.

Speaking to the Jordan News Agency on Tuesday, JE CEO Omar Qaryouti said: “JE is building partnerships with local and global associates through sealing agreements and memoranda of understanding, and communicating with Jordan’s commercial attachés abroad to promote exports”.

The CEO stressed the company’s endeavor to cooperate with international donor organizations; such as the US Agency for International Development, the German Agency for International Cooperation, the World Bank, the Netherlands’ Centre for the Promotion of Imports from developing countries, the International Labor Organization, the Trade Facilitation Office of Canada, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency.

Jordan Exports is a public-private export institution established to to coordinate domestic export operations. Using creative and demand-driven strategies, it aims to empower and capacitate Jordanian businesses, hasten the growth of exports, boost export volume, and link Jordan to the rest of the world.
