Moderate weather conditions are forecast to prevail on Tuesday in most regions, while it will continue to be relatively hot in the Badia, the Jordan Valley and Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
Clouds will appear at low altitudes, with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, stirring dust in the Badia region.
On Wednesday and Thursday, a slight drop in mercury levels is expected, becoming below annual average and bringing pleasant weather conditions in most parts of the Kingdom, with a weak chance for light showers in the early morning hours over limited parts of the northern areas, the JMD added.
Today, mercury in the capital Amman will range between a high of 28 degrees Celsius and a low of 16C, while the port city of Aqaba will see a sweltering 36, sliding to 25C at night.
