Temperatures are forecast to slightly rise on Sunday, bringing moderate weather conditions in the highlands and the plains, while relatively hot conditions will continue to prevail in the Badia, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
At night, cooler weather is expected with clouds at medium altitudes and northeasterly light winds, added the JMD.
Similar weather conditions will persist on Monday, while Tuesday will witness a slight drop in mercury levels, bringing moderate weather countrywide, with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds.
Today, temperatures in Amman are forecast to mark a high of 31C during the day, dipping to 19C at night. Meanwhile, the Gulf of Aqaba will see a sizzling 38C, sliding into 27C during night hours.
