Ministry of Higher Education launches online service to advise foreign students

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on Thursday launched a new electronic service that seeks to better advise international students willing to enroll into local universities.

The on-campus services website, www.studyinjordan.jo , aims to facilitate admission of int’l degree-seekers into the local universities.

The Ministry’s Secretary-General, Dr. Ahed Al-Wahadneh, said this website is intended to facilitate arrangements of students from friendly Arab and foreign countries wishing to study at Jordan’s higher educational institutions.

“Students can register at any of the Jordanian universities and receive an initial admission within 3 days,” he said.

He noted this achievement came in implementation of the strategic plan to attract Arab and foreign students to the Jordanian universities for the years 2017-2020, which was approved by the Council of Ministers.
