King flies to India on state visit
His Majesty King Abdullah II left Amman on Tuesday heading for India on a state visit, during which he will hold talks with Indian President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other senior officials.
During the visit, the King will also deliver a speech in a conference titled “Islamic heritage: Enhancing harmony and coexistence”.
King Abdullah will further attend a Jordanian-Indian Business Forum with the participation of businessmen and representatives of companies from the two countries. His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein was sworn in as Regent.
