His Majesty King Abdullah departed for Austria on Monday at the start of a Europe tour that also includes Poland, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
Discussions during the tour will cover Jordan’s bilateral ties with these countries and means to advance them, as well as the latest regional and international developments.
King Abdullah is also scheduled to participate in the UN Climate Change Conference UK 2021 (COP26), which will be held in Glasgow, Scotland.
His Royal Highness Prince Raad bin Zeid was sworn in as Regent, in the presence of Cabinet members.
