Their Majesties King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden, are due in Jordan for a state visit on 15 – 17 November, at the invitation of His Majesty King Abdullah II.
During the visit, Their Majesties King Abdullah II and Queen Rania Al Abdullah will meet King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia to discuss the deep-rooted, historic ties of friendship between Jordan and Sweden.
King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia will be accompanied by a Swedish government delegation as well as private sector representatives from Sweden, with the visit focusing on bolstering cooperation between the two countries in trade, investment, sustainable development, and countering the impact of climate change.
