Jordanian pavilion at Qatar IT exhibition opens
Doha, Jordan’s Ambassador in Doha Zaid Louzi, on Tuesday, opened the Jordanian Pavilion at the Qatar IT Conference and Exhibition (QITCOM 2019).
The Jordanian pavilion, organized by the Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan (int@j) for the first time, will be attended by several local IT companies and other companies within the Jordanian delegation.
Int@j Chairman Bashar Hawamdeh said the Qatari market is an important market for Jordanian companies, noting that Jordanian companies have a great experience that qualifies them to work well in the Qatari market.
He noted that the exhibition is an effective tool to further promote Jordanian expertise, especially as the Qatari exhibition attracts a large number of international visitors.
Louzi said the Jordanian delegation’s participation is an important step towards enhancing the Jordanian – Qatari cooperation in the field of information technology.
He added that this participation represents a practical opportunity to introduce the Jordanian companies and the advanced level they have reached, as well as showcase the Jordanian competencies and expertise in this field.
