Jordanian delegation to fly to Brazil to explore economic cooperation
Amman, A Jordanian delegation is set to fly to Brazil Saturday to take part in the Arab-Brazilian Economic Forum that will be held in the city of Sao Paulo.
On the sideline of the forum, the Jordanian team will showcase investment opportunities in the Kingdom, in areas of infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, constructions, information technology, education and agriculture.
Chairman of Jordan Chamber of Commerce Nael Kabariti told Petra that delegates will hold meetings with their Brazilian counterparts in a bid to explore prospects for cooperation and establish mutual partnerships between both countries.
“The team will be looking into the possibility of developing economic ties between Jordan and Brazil and establish a joint company involved in agricultural activities”, said Kabariti.
Moreover, Chairman of Amman Chamber of Commerce, Issa Murad, said Jordan’s participation in the forum would expand horizons of two-way cooperation, a move would bolster trade volume and shed light on cooperation opportunities in the investment domain.
The forum will tackle topics pertaining to innovation, technology, food security, logistics, tourism, renewable energy, investments and trade marks.
