Jordanian aid plane arrives in Beirut
A Jordanian aid plane has arrived in Beirut on Thursday, as part of the joint air bridge flights, which were launched by the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), in coordination with the Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arab Army, in implementation of the King’s directives to support the Lebanese people.
The relief shipment carries various medical, food and aid supplies, as well as electric generators and solar-powered lighting units, according to a JHCO statement.
Meanwhile, the Jordanian field hospital in Beirut has begun today to provide medical treatment to the people injured as result of the Beirut port blast, which struck the capital last week.
