Jordan condemns Canada ‘terror attack’

Jordan’s foreign ministry Tuesday inveighed against the “terrorist” ramming attack in Ontario, Canada, that targeted a Muslim family and killed four and injured a child.

Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Daifallah al-Fayez expressed the kingdom’s “strong” condemnation of the terrorist attack that targeted the family; he decried targeting people based on their race or religion.

Al-Fayez reiterated Jordan’s rejection of terrorism in all its forms, no matter the reasons behind it.

He expressed condolences to the people and government of Canada and hoped for a speedy recovery for the wounded child.
