JIHCO receives Moroccan aircrafts laden with aid for Gaza

Amman, The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) on Thursday received 6 aircrafts laden with humanitarian assistance donated by the Moroccan King Mohammed V Foundation to assist the Palestinian people in the Gaza strip.

According to JHCO, each plane, which was sent under the directives of Morocco’s King Mohammed VI , is laden wit0 tonnes of food supplies and relief assistance.

The humanitarian assistance will be dispatched through JHCO and in coordination with the Palestinian Authority to alleviate the sufferings of people in the besieged enclave, it said.

The planes were received by JHCO Secretary General, Ayman Mifleh and in the presence of the Palestinian and the Moroccan ambassadors to Jordan.

Mifleh said these aircrafts are part of the Moroccan continued assistance and support to the Palestinian people in Gaza that aims to ease their sufferings caused by the Israeli aggression.

Mifleh stressed that JHCO is ready to receive any donation, convoys or cargo planes that will be delivered the people in the West bank in coordination with the concerned authorities.
