Prime Minister of the Republic of Iraq Mustafa Kadhimi Saturday inveighed against the Israeli “crimes” that were committed against the Palestinians in the recent flare-up in the Palestinian territories.
In the first “International Conference to Support the Palestinians” in Baghdad, Kadhimi reiterated Iraq’s support for the Palestinian struggle against the Israeli occupation.
“Iraq’s leading regional role must be restored so that it could fulfill its role in supporting the Palestinian cause,” Kadhimi said, stressing the Iraqi people’s commitment to the Palestinian struggle.
