Iraq reports 2,706 COVID-19 cases Wednesday

A total of 2,706 COVID-19 infections were reported in Iraq within the last 24 hours, pushing the caseload to 99,865, according to the Iraqi Ministry of Health.


COVID-19, a respiratory disease caused by the highly contagious coronavirus, killed 92 today as the death toll across the country tops 4,042, the Ministry added.


At least 2,197 patients recovered today s there are 28,676 active cases, the Ministry highlighted.
