House elects all 15 permanent committees

Amman, The Lower House Wednesday completed the formation of its 15 standing committees three days after His Majesty King Abdullah inaugurated the Parliament’s ordinary session.

In a session chaired by First Deputy Speaker, MP Nassar Qaisi, the lawmakers elected members of the committees of energy and mineral resources, tourism and antiquities and public services, and public freedoms and human rights.

The chamber chose members of 12 committees on Tuesday.
