Health Ministry: Caution needed despite fall of COVID-19 cases
Assistant Secretary-General for Primary Health Care Ghazi Sharkas Saturday urged for caution even with the fall in coronavirus cases in the Kingdom, and asked those who contact confirmed cases or those with symptoms to take a PRC test.
He told Petra in an interview that tests are available through epidemiological investigation teams, health centers, hospitals and laboratories.
He called on those who take the swab test to quarantine before they get the result to avoid infecting others.
Sharkas also stressed the need to follow health and prevention measures, register for vaccination and not miss the inoculation date, adding that adherence will help to further stabilize the epidemiological situation.
