FM visits Jordanian consulate in Jeddah
Jeddah, Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs Ayman Safadi, on Thursday, visited the consulate of Jordan in Jeddah, to check on services provided for Jordanian expats.
A statement issued by the ministry pointed that Safadi listened to notes raised by Jordanian expats on level of services at the consulate.
Safadi entrusted the ministry Secretary General Ambassador Zied al-Louzi to follow up services provided to Jordanian expats at all the Kingdom’s embassies and diplomatic missions.
Two years ago, the ministry had put in place a plan to improve consular services and set timelines to provide consular services and activate hotlines to receive citizens’ calls around the clock.
