Temperatures are set to rise slightly Saturday, and the weather will be fair almost countrywide, and relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
In its report, the JMD warned of the possibility of low horizontal visibility in the early morning hours due to the formation of fog and low clouds in the mountains, the plains and the Badia regions.
On Sunday, mercury is forecast to rise further, and the weather will be moderate in highlands, relatively hot in the Badia regions, and scorching in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, according to the JMD.
Meanwhile, Monday’s weather will be fair almost similar to the day earlier with northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD said.
Also on Saturday, mercury levels in Amman are forecast to mark a high of 27C during the day, dipping to 19C at night, meanwhile the Gulf of Aqaba will see a sizzling 36C, sliding into 24C during night hours.
