Arab league condemns Houthi attack on southern Saudi

The Arab League Sunday inveighed against a Houthi attack that had targeted several locations in southern Saudi Arabia.

An official at the pan-Arab organisation said that the insistence of the Houthi group to hit civilian targets is proof of its unwillingness to be involved in the peace efforts, adding that such acts are violations of the UN Security Council’s resolutions 2216 and 2624.
