Kisbi expressed satisfaction with the meetings held to date by the delegation with Iraqi officials, who expressed their confidence in jordanian companies and cadres specialized in the field of housing, construction, contracting and engineering consultancy, stressing that all meetings’ outcomes will be reflected on the ground.

For his part, Ammari highlighted new projects that the Mayoralty of Baghdad intends to implement as part of the 2021 regional development plan in cooperation with private sector companies in Jordan.

According to Ammari, projects to be implemented in Baghdad include rainwater drainage systems, rehabilitation of clear and raw water filtering, water pools and water networks, modernization and completion of the basic map of Baghdad with the attached modern data hall using modern technologies, in addition to the construction of main roads, housing units and four bridges.
