The Amman Chamber of Commerce (ACC), on Tuesday, has launched a hotline service to receive inquires and complaints related to implementing defense orders and Circular No. 46 that regulates gatherings.
The ACC, in a statement, stressed its readiness to receive any calls from its general assembly members, adding that the members can call the chamber’s hotline: 080000777 or 064001400 and for text messages, videos and WhatsApp: 0790605060 or 0795524720.
ACC President Khalil al-Hajj Tawfiq said that the move came to ensure that merchants are not exposed to any unjustified violation, as the chamber previously received complaints about individual practices committed by some observers, or the multiplicity of supervisory authorities.
He added that all inquiries and complaints will be dealt with in strict confidentiality.
