4 COVID-19 fatalities in Palestine
Palestinian Health Minister Mai Al-Kaileh said Monday that 3 coronavirus deaths and 789 cases were recorded in Palestine and 581 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours.
She said that the new fatalities raised the death toll since the outbreak of the virus to 205 and the total number of infections to 34,801, adding that 5,328 swab tests were taken in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
Kaileh said that 32 COVID-19 patients remained in intensive care, including 5 on ventilators.
In Gaza, the Health Ministry said a woman, aged 56, died today from the virus at the main medical centre, raising the death toll in the Gaza Strip to 9.
