Inspection teams of the Ministry of Tourism, in cooperation with other relevant authorities, have warned and imposed fines on 39 tourist facilities in November for failing to comply with health and safety measures.
In a statement on Sunday, the ministry said that inspection teams have intensified their oversight tours, conducting 1,110 visits to various tourist businesses, including hotels and restaurants, across the Kingdom.
The ministry urged tourist facilities and clients to observe preventive measures under the defense orders that were issued during the Covid-19 pandemic, including physical distancing, wearing masks and presenting a green SANAD.
